This wine is fully harvested and elaborated by Marc Plouzeau. He vinifies these wines with finesse following a strict plot selection.
The foam is made in its cellars under the castle of Chinon. Thus, at a constant temperature of 11 degrees, the fermentation is slow and thus favors the fineness of the bubble.
With an almost crystalline color, this sparkling wine with very fine bubbles seduces us with its fruity and fine aromas. The palate is delicate and the aromas mingle perfectly with the bubbles that line the palate well. It is an airy and fresh wine that invites you to taste.
From a selection of alluvial soils on the left bank, this wine boasts fresh, crisp aromas.
Vinified as naturally as possible, it can be enjoyed from the first year after its bottling.
This wine comes exclusively from the vines surrounding Château de la Bonnelière. This beautiful clay-limestone terroir gives the wine a beautiful elegance and a fresh, delicate aromatic length. The wine is matured for 12 months in demi-muids in our cellars beneath the fortress of Chinon. It can be kept for 5 to 10 years.
From a lovely flinty-clay terroir located on the southern slopes of the left bank of the Chinon river, this wine is a fine example of a powerful and dry Chenin Blanc.
This single plot is the example of a beautiful terroir, with wind sands, clay and limestone. Ilt’s giving a lovely wine, with fineness, elegance and soft and sweet tannins.
