Made with grapes harvested at full maturity, this sparkling natural Cabernet Franc single varietal wine was vinified without any winemaking inputs.

Appearance: pale pink.

Nose: light aromas of raspberries and strawberries.

Palate: the aromas are fresh and very close to the original fruit. There are also aromas of crushed strawberries and a slight floral touch.
