The grapes for this wine are harvested and vinified by Marc Plouzeau. The aim is to make a very supple wine with delicate tannins and gorgeous red fruit aromas. This is a fresh, elegant and very approachable Chinon.
Tasting comments
Appearance: clear and bright. Ruby hue with some purplish tints.
Nose: very aromatic and pleasant. Aromas of red fruit (raspberries) and spices (fresh mint and liquorice).
Palate: full with very soft tannins. Long, harmonious finish
